Payment Methods

We launched the COD payment, in the receipt, you can request the inspection of goods before paying.The trial is not allowed due to the appearance of the goods, accessories quantity inspection. You can reject the operation directly, if you find the appearance of the goods damaged or inconsistent with the goods.There is no need to reject the goods If you find the quantity is wrong.Contact us and we will make up for any missing mail.The Courier is only responsible for the delivery of the goods, and does not know about the products (including product content attributes, usage methods, etc.). If you have any questions about the goods, please contact our customer service staff.



Free shipping

It usually take 7-20 working days to all major destinations. The shipping time frame would different per package because of the customs locally. However, we will process all the packages in time for our customers.

Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include the order processing time (3-5 days).

Return Policy

Exchange Product:

We accept return for exchange within 7 days from the date you received the item. (Customer should cover the return fee if the product has no quality problem.)


Return Product:

The products can be returned within 7 days after they have been received.The items should be unused, undamaged with original tags and packaging.Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will process full refund immediately at our end. The refund will be processed from bank to your original payment method within 5-15 business days. If the bank fails to help you, please feel free to contact us for assistance.


Please kindly note we only replacement of the same model. Also, we do not accept return of products which are not sold by us or the return address is not provided by us. Customer need to cover the shipping fee for no reason returns.


The “no reason return” that we stated include the return of personal preferences and subjective judgments. We do not accepted unauthorized returns, so please do contact our customer service for help before starting a return. All unauthorized returns will not be processed in our system.



Order Cancellation
